Hinson Septic Tank Pumping came out the day after I called and provided excellent service. They did an amazing job emptying our septic tank and gave us very helpful advice about replacing our sewer lines. They were super friendly and just great people all around. The price was very fair, and we will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!
I can't speak highly enough about my experience. We were treated to one overflowing toilet and two tubs backed up with water the morning after the snow. I thought the pipes froze, but I checked my septic vent pipe and water came out like a geyser. It was hard to get in touch with anyone and those that answered told me they couldn't pump that day because of both the weather and the dumping facility being closed. I got a call back from the kind lady with Hinson's Septic and she offered to have the guys come out and look at my system in case it was an easy fix. They were already out helping someone else and still got there within an hour or 2. Lo and behold, even though my tank was pretty full and did need to be pumped, the problem was a grease clog going into the tank. They cleared it super fast and the standing water in the tubs and toilets all went back down. They agreed to come back the next afternoon to drain the tank for me and didn't even charge me anything for coming to my rescue. Both men were incredibly polite, friendly, and sooo helpful. The lady at the office made sure to call me when they were on their way and was super friendly as well. The whole experience was fantastic, given the circumstance. I couldn't ask for better customer service and will absolutely use their services again.
Called Hinson septic tank pumping this morning. Told them what's going on with my septic tank. They said we will come out a inspect to make sure they could help me. They came inspected before they did anything. They pump the tank quickly. Please note that I called them this morning and the came out same day. Chrystal in the office was super helpful. I have NEVER dealt with a septic system before! My pipes were leaking or so I thought, water coming up the burp pipe (my name for the drain pipe outside), and none of my sinks nor toilets flushed nor drained! I panicked! Called this company and left message! Within 30 mins he called me back and was at my home within 2 hrs!!! He was on another job site, otherwise he would have been right there! He located the tank, dug the hole, emptied the tank, filled the hole back up, and even gave us advice on the type of tissue we should use! I am forever grateful for a company to be so efficient and still have amazing customer service, especially as cold as it has been! Again, we THANK YOU for all that you do for us! And the price was amazing as everyone told me it would cost a fortune! Your business and service gets a 10 star rating with me!!!
